Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 weeks after your order is placed.
Since our items are pre-made, this time allows for order handling, quality checks, and fulfillment before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
At this time, Higher Ups ships within the United States only.
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Higher Ups is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Higher Ups is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
